Privacy Policy
DYWYZY respects user privacy. This policy describes how personal information may be collected, used, stored, protected, and deleted when you interact with the DYWYZY corporate website and, when offered, related product applications. Product applications may publish their own notices. Identity fields that are not yet configured are not invented.
1. Information We Collect
This corporate website is a static public presentation layer. It does not operate a public user-account database.
Information may come from you (forms and the on-site assistant) or from necessary technical operation of the site (scripts required for navigation and remembering cookie choice).
2. Information You Provide
You may choose to send:
- An email address and message on Support or a privacy request.
- Questions typed into the DYWYZY AI Assistant on this site.
- A cookie preference (Accept, Reject, or saved category choices).
3. Information Collected Automatically
Necessary first-party scripts run navigation, reduced-motion presentation, and the assistant tab session.
No analytics, advertising, or marketing measurement scripts are loaded in the current configuration.
Server and CDN access logs that a hosting provider may keep (for example IP address, user agent, and request time) are processed by the infrastructure needed to deliver the site. Processor names are listed in section 11.
4. How We Use Information
We use information you send in order to operate the public site, remember cookie choices, answer support or privacy requests when a delivery channel is configured, and provide the on-site assistant from verified public knowledge.
5. Legal Bases for Processing
Under the GDPR, we rely on the following legal bases for processing personal data related to this website:
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): optional analytics cookies, if both configured and allowed in Cookie settings.
- Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)): operating and securing the public website, responding to support or privacy messages, and improving reliability, balanced against your rights.
- Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)): where applicable law requires retention or disclosure.
- Contract / pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b)): only when you use a product application that requires an account and you request access.
6. Cookies and Similar Technologies
See the Cookie Policy. Necessary storage remembers your choice. Preferences and marketing categories are not used as separate cookie types on this site today. Analytics loads only if a provider is approved and you allow it.
7. Product and Service Data
DYWYZY Career AI, DYWYZY Growth AI, DYWYZY Market Signals, and DYWYZY AI Trading are independent products. All are currently listed as Coming Soon on this website.
When a product becomes available, it may be offered without payment during an early access or preview period. Some products may allow limited use without creating an account; others may require an account for sync, history, or security. Each product will publish its own notice and terms when it is offered.
This corporate page does not replace a product privacy policy.
8. AI and Assistant Interactions
The DYWYZY AI Assistant on this website answers from verified public knowledge. Conversations stay in the current browser tab and are not written to cookies, localStorage, or sessionStorage.
The assistant does not create company policy and is not used on this site to make employment, credit, or other consequential decisions about you. See AI Transparency.
9. Trading and Market-Related Data
This corporate website does not collect brokerage account data, order tickets, or live trading credentials.
Public Trading and Signals pages are informational product landings. They do not execute trades from this site.
10. Data Sharing
This website does not sell personal information.
No analytics or marketing processors are loaded in the current configuration unless analytics is both configured and consented.
11. Service Providers
We use service providers only where needed to operate the site and communicate with you:
Website hosting and content delivery: static files for dywyzy.com are served through a hosting and CDN stack selected at deployment. The provider name will be added here when the production contract is verified.
Email: privacy, support, and security messages are handled through the mailboxes configured for this site (for example [email protected]).
Analytics: no analytics processor is active in the current configuration.
12. International Data Transfers
The operator is based in Spain. Hosting and email providers may process data in the European Economic Area or, if applicable, in countries with an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards. Details will be updated when production processors are verified.
13. Data Retention
Assistant conversations end when the browser tab is closed.
Cookie preference storage lasts until you clear site data or change Cookie settings.
Privacy-request and support emails are kept only as long as needed to handle the request and meet legal obligations, then deleted or anonymised unless law requires longer retention.
Server logs retained by hosting providers follow the provider's configured retention period.
14. Data Security
This website is a public presentation layer. High-level practices are on the Security page. Internal infrastructure, certifications, and encryption product claims are not published unless verified.
15. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on applicable law (including the GDPR), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, to withdraw consent, and to data portability.
Use the privacy request page or email [email protected] to exercise these rights. We respond within the time limits required by applicable law.
You may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos — AEPD) at www.aepd.es if you believe processing violates applicable law.
DYWYZY has not appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO). For this stage of operation, privacy questions should be sent to [email protected].
16. Account and Data Deletion
This corporate website has no public user accounts to delete.
You can clear cookie preference storage in your browser or via Cookie settings. Product-account deletion, if offered later, will be described by that product.
17. Children's Privacy
This corporate website is a public information surface and does not provide child accounts. Age rules for product applications will be stated when those products require accounts. They are not invented here.
18. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy when practices, products, or legal requirements change. The last-updated date at the top of this page shows when the current version was published.
